Water for Peace is a program of the Iraqi and American Reconciliation Project (IARP), headquartered in Minneapolis, MN USA. The staff of IARP is comprised almost entirely of volunteers dedicated to peace, justice and human rights. Kathy is the executive director of the IARP, working as a volunteer. She has experience as the director and manager of other organizations and is a licensed psychologist. Kathy became involved in the work of the IARP because of her belief in the need for reconciliation between the peoples of America and Iraq.
