Water for Peace is a program of the Iraqi and American Reconciliation Project (IARP), headquartered in Minneapolis, MN USA. The staff of IARP is comprised almost entirely of volunteers dedicated to peace, justice and human rights. Luke Wilcox is the Development and Communications Director of the Iraqi and American Reconciliation Project (IARP). After receiving a Masters degree in International Relations with a focus on the Middle East, he decided to get involved with the IARP because of its model of people-to-people diplomacy and peace building.
