Water for Peace is a program of the Iraqi and American Reconciliation Project (IARP), headquartered in Minneapolis, MN USA. The staff of IARP is comprised almost entirely of volunteers dedicated to peace, justice and human rights. Steve Clemens

Steve Clemens is a Peace and Social Justice Activist in the Twin Cities who works with various non-profits and grassroots organizations. In December of 2002, right before the American invasion, he traveled to Iraq as a member of the Iraq Peace Team. Since then, he has continued to work on issues concerning reconciliation between Americans and Iraqis.
